Let go

Let go of choosing when it's not needed. When the time is ripe you will know what to do. Stop protecting you by strategising and finding the right answers. All you achieve by this is suffering and blindness to what is.

The answers are so clear and imminent that there is no need to worry whether you recognise them or not. Shuffling things in your head is not needed: you'll know how to respond when the time comes.

I need

It is surprising how much we think is really needed of and by us. Most of the time we don't even notice it: we think we need everything we think we need. I'm somewhat convinced that all this is just a gone-out-of-hand mating display.

To hold happiness

The trick is to believe the shadow you cast and call it substance.

Goodbye

I say goodbye to my beloved
I mourn as the hour closes in
She is strong and playful
Her happiness filling my heart
Her tender touch
Warmth and strength
We come into being as the last day turns to night

Little birds

Like the chipper of birds
Or the echoes of children playing
Thoughts rise and fall in this cathedral without walls

Art

Madness with skill is art
Art is madness with skill
Skill with madness is art
Madness without skill is madness

Stop

Stop gaining
Stop explaining
Stop thinking
Stop perfecting
Stop defending
Stop understanding
Stop controlling
Stop worrying
Stop securing
Stop seeking
Stop avoiding
Stop improving
Stop hiding
Stop compromising

Just be gentle while doing it

To see

We are the present
everything drawn in and of us

For us there is no time, distance, nor death
Always nowhere

The longing and fulfillment dancing in us,
vanishing only to be born again

Five star three star hotel

It has everything and all of it is cheap.
Pseudo food eaten by people living pseudo lives.
Just the wine and the beer are real.
Here no one is searching for anything, for they have found nothing to look for.

Throw the pieces

I wonder what it would be like
To really dare
Not to strive for happiness
Not to have an easy life

But just to throw it all in the air
Let the pieces land
And see what will happen
Just out of curiosity

Would I see myself clearly?
Would it be a proof of trust?
Truth?

How to throw skilfully?
Gently, knowing when the time is ripe
